Abstract
利用一种新型Al-Ti-C-B(Al-TCB)晶种合金对A356铝合金进行细化,并研究了该晶种合金细化A356合金时的抗Si致"中毒"行为.结果 表明,Al-TCB品种合金对A356合金细化效果远优于Al-5Ti-1B细化剂.向A356合金中添加0.3%的Al-TCB晶种合金,在730℃保温15~480 min,细化效果稳定、无衰退,保温时间为60 min时细化效果最佳,A356合金的平均晶粒尺寸为(135.3±3.5)μm.以上结果表明,Al-TCB晶种合金具有优异的抗Si致细化"中毒"的能力,从而对A356合金具有高效、长效、稳定的细化效果.
