Abstract
为了降低铣削弹性变形对叶轮叶片加工精度的影响,在获得五轴刀路轨迹和铣削力的基础上,通过ABAQUS软件二次开发有限元仿真和"单元生死"技术,对刀具移动过程中的铣削力加载和材料去除进行模拟,完成了叶片五轴铣削变形预测模型的构建.仿真结果表明,迭代补偿后叶片的平均变形误差和最大变形误差分别减小了92.93%和92.64%.
