碳包覆纳米PbO的制备及其对AP热分解的催化作用研究

Abstract
基于金属铅离子在推进剂中的催化应用,通过溶剂热法制备出2种Pb-MOF作为前驱体,将前驱体高温煅烧得到碳包覆纳米PbO,利用SEM?XRD?EDS对其进行表征;通过重结晶法将碳包覆纳米PbO和AP进行复合,采用DSC研究了碳包覆纳米PbO对AP的催化作用.结果表明:和原料AP相比,加入5%(质量比)碳包覆PbO-1催化剂后,AP的低温分解峰由308℃降至280℃,高温分解峰由426℃降至360℃,表明碳包覆纳米PbO对AP的放热分解有明显的催化作用.
