Abstract
主流电阻式加热器件产品,在加工过程中受各种因素影响,使其常温阻值不均,控温精度差,成品率低,装配的烟具需二次单个调试等,对加热器件性能评价几无报刊.以市售主流加热器件为研究对象,参照电阻温度传感器参数测定及阶跃响应法,采用A类不确定度数据处理及评价方法.建立加热器件性能评价参数体系及加热器件一致性评价方法.3.4 V的阶跃电压条件下,测试多片加热器件中点位置特性参数.C1、C2稳态温度差51 ℃,一致性差;其余加热器件基础参数标准偏差σn<0.1,稳态温度残差≤4 ℃,A类测量不确定度un< 3,一致性好.表明了建立的加热器件性能评价参数体系及一致性评价方法实用性和有效性.
