Abstract
2020 年,美国放射学会(American College of Radiology,ACR)正式发布了卵巢-附件影像报告和数据系统(Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System,O-RADS)超声风险分层与管理的共识指南[1].该共识指南是ACR超声工作小组在2018年发表的白皮书[2]O-RADS超声词典的基础上推出的,是目前唯一包含所有风险类别及相关管理方案的词典和风险分层系统,其正式发布必将对减少或消除超声报告中的歧义,提高卵巢肿物良性和恶性风险评估的准确性起到积极的推动作用.
