Abstract
患者女性,59岁,绝经10年,自诉半个月来无明显诱因出现下腹部胀痛,晨起及夜间明显,伴腰背部、上腹部牵涉痛,偶有恶心.彩超示:右侧附件低回声团,边界不清;MRI检查示:右侧附件肿块影,呈等T1稍长T2 信号影,边界清楚,信号尚均匀,增强扫描后呈不均匀强化,大小48 mm ×38 mm ×35 mm(图1).实验室检查示:CA125值正常.
