Abstract
植物Dicer-like蛋白家族属于核糖核酸酶Ⅲ (RNase Ⅲ),主要在植物体内产生miRNA与siRNA等非编码RNA,在植物的生长发育、器官发生、昼夜节律、生物和非生物胁迫反应以及对病毒和转座子的防御中都起重要作用.本文综述了Dicer-like蛋白的结构、功能、种类、定位,以及在生物与非生物逆境研究中的进展,以期为Dicer-like家族在植物中的进一步的研究与利用提供理论参考.
