Abstract
目的 分析2015年安徽省恶性肿瘤疾病负担.方法 根据2015年安徽省肿瘤登记随访数据,计算发病率、死亡率和伤残调整寿命年(disability adjusted life year,DALY)等指标.结果 2015年安徽省恶性肿瘤发病粗率为272.11/10万,死亡粗率为169.69/10万.全省恶性肿瘤合计损失的DALY为148.67万人年,DALY率为2 139.84/10万.DALY率前5位的癌种分别为肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、食管癌、结直肠肛门癌,占全省所有恶性肿瘤疾病负担的71.75％.结论 安徽省恶性肿瘤疾病负担高于全国平均水平,应针对重点癌种加强防治.
