内脏脂肪组织来源特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)是一种主要由脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪因子,具有提高胰岛素敏感性、改善糖耐量、抑制血管炎症反应等作用,并可影响成骨细胞和破骨细胞的增殖与分化,对骨代谢有着重要调节作用.本文就Vaspin对正常骨代谢调节及病理情况下与骨疾病发生发展的关系作一综述.
