Abstract
呋喃唑酮(furazolidone),又名痢特灵,是硝基呋喃类抗菌药,为广谱杀菌剂,临床主要用于治疗肠道细菌感染和根除幽门螺杆菌,有较大处方量.现将1例长期服用呋喃唑酮致中毒性脑病及周围神经病患者的临床表现及影像特征进行报道,加强对其不良反应的认识.
