辽宁丹东茭白瘟病的病原物鉴定

Abstract
0 引言 茭白(Zizania latifolia)又名菰、茭笋,是我国特有的具有较高经济效益的水生蔬菜[1].茭白瘟病又称茭白灰心斑病,可对茭白造成严重的产量损失.该病主要侵染叶片和叶鞘,病斑呈钝圆形,中部灰白,外缘黄褐色.一般年份该病发病率为30% ~ 50%,严重时高达70% ~ 80%[2-3].YANG等[3]将茭白灰心斑病病原菌鉴定为Pyricularia zi-zaniae.DING等[4]认为茭白瘟病病原菌为P.grisea.KLAUBAUF等[5]报道在茭白上分离到的梨孢菌为Xenopyricularia zizaniicola.但目前尚未见到茭白瘟病的病原学鉴定报道.为明确茭白瘟病的病原菌,本研究对采自辽宁省丹东市的茭白瘟病病样进行病原菌分离纯化,通过形态学观察和致病性测定,并结合分子鉴定,确定茭白瘟病的病原菌为X.zizaniicola.该研究结果可为茭白瘟病的诊断与后续相关研究奠定基础.
