CNTs/AgSbTe2复合材料的制备及其热电性能

Abstract
针对碳纳米管(CNTs)第二相易团聚的难题,通过CNTs的改性和超声分散的复合方法实现了CNTs在AgSbTe2热电材料基体中的均匀分散,制备了CNTs/AgSbTe2复合粉体,并通过放电等离子体烧结技术烧结成块体.均匀分散的CNTs与AgSbTe2基体间形成能带弯曲势垒,散射了低能载流子,塞贝克系数大幅增加,功率因子在500 K处比基体提高了57%,而电导率保持几乎不变.并且CNTs存在大量界面和孔结构,对热导率的降低起到了积极的作用.当CNTs复合量为0.5% 时,CNTs/AgSbTe2复合材料的热电优值在500 K处最高为1.03,比基体AgSbTe2提升了43%.
