转接座压铸数值模拟与工艺优化

Abstract
根据铸件结构特点设计了两种浇注系统,并采用ProCAST软件进行数值模拟,以充型过程产生卷气含量,凝固过程产生的缩孔缺陷为指标选择一种较优的浇注系统,分析产生缩孔缺陷的原因,并在较优的浇注系统基础上通过在缩孔缺陷位置设置点冷却水管进行工艺优化.结果显示,工艺优化后,铸件无缩孔缺陷产生,满足技术要求,并得到生产验证.
