A META-ANALYSIS OF THE ROLE OF THE PERIODIC PRACTICES IN UNIVERSITY PUBLIC MANAGEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCH IN PUBLIC MANAGEMENT

A survey of the themes of the publications carried out by the journal Practices in Public University Management was developed, through content analysis of the objectives of its publications. Lexical and keywords analysis applied to the objectives of the 48 articles was used. The main results were: Similitude analysis highlighted for two words, 'federal' and 'university'. In the Analysis of Specificities, emphasis was placed on the words 'information', 'work' and 'service' (2017), 'management', 'impact' and 'university' (2018), 'service', 'competence', 'performance', 'organizational', 'quality', 'social' and 'university' (2019). In this way, the results found in the study make it possible to assist researchers with an interest in the subject of Public University Management with a broader perception of scientific production in this sphere.
