Abstract
Definite diagnosis of cerebral amyloid angiopathy related inflammation (CAA-ri) requires histopathological features of vascular inflammation and amyloid deposition. However clinico-radiological criteria for CAA-ri have been recently introduced1 and validated2. Clinical syndrome shows dramatic improvement after immunotherapy3. However, spontaneous remission has been described in some patients4.
