Abstract
The co-existence of paraneoplastic CASPR2-antibody mediated Morvan Syndrome(MoS) and myasthenia gravis(MG) with thymoma is extremely rare. We report the case of an elderly male with an autoimmune thymoma-associated MG, whose myasthenic symptoms relapsed after eight years of thymectomy with the co-occurrence of MoS.
