Abstract
Introduction: Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder, after Alzheimer's disease. Parkinson's disease main four clinical features include muscle rigidity, tremors, and bradykinesia and gait. Also there is secondary features like depression, emotional change, dementia, constipation, postural hypotension, changes in speech, skin problem, and dysphagia. Objectives: To identify the clinical features of Parkinson's disease in Sudanese Parkinson's patients.
