摘要

•Three triterpenes derivatives were isolated from the cultivated fruiting bodies of Ganoderma orbiforme.•The triterpenes induced glucose uptake in a zebrafish-based assay.•The triterpenes also showed an inhibitory effect on nitric oxide production in LPS-induced BV-2 microglia cells.
