Fast response of dual-pulse supercontinuum generation

摘要
Supercontinuum generation has been well known for extending the bandwidth of mode locked lasers to perform f-2f self-referencing [1] . Recently, this process in photonic integrated platforms has also been employed to access optical frequency combs in the mid-infrared [2] , [3] as well as in the visible, with demonstrated no degradation in the coherence. In most of the works, the process is on a single train of laser pulses as the pump.
