Bionic bone structure: Establishment of joint model based on bone nanopores structure and its mechanical behavior and biocompatibility

Based on the actual bone nanopores structure (10-100 mu m), an effective three-dimensional model of biological bone was constructed. The simulation results show that the dynamic stress of tibia contact point was 7-20 times that in the static state. And the polarizability was concave and the growth rate of the stress accelerated during the experimental process. Cell proliferation simulation results show that the cell growth and proliferation were related to pore size and distribution. When the pore size was more than 20 mu m, the cells would rapidly divide and proliferate, which may be related to the adhesion characteristics of cell-membrance and porous structure.
