Mixed convection of nanofluid by two-phase model in an inclined cavity with variable aspect ratio

•A mathematical model for mixed-convection of nanofluid with double lid-driven is developed.•The combined effects of inclination and aspect ratio can influence essentially on the pattern of flow, heat and mass transfer.•Soret and Dufour diffusion have opposite effects on heat and mass transfer.
