Abstract
Pandemic makes all operational tasks in the organization changed to digital ways. It's not as simple as said but have to prepare to avoid misunderstanding and rejection from all member of the organization. Organizational culture have found have a significant role to influence the success of technology implementation, meanwhile factor discomfort from TRI index known as a negative factor that come to barrier to technology implementation. Rare a research which investigate the OC values to influence the discomfort factor. This research want to know what values from organizational culture affect or the discomfort factor from technology readiness of organization. Based on organizational culture values from Cameron used as independent variable to the factors that build technology readiness as dependent variable. The result shows, the institution OC map goes to market which means majorities member from institution want to more competitive and OC values are Market Share, Profitability, Goal achievement. The TRI result: discomfort factor have higher score. After examine using Smart PLS, market share and profit has no relation to people discomfort of learning management system (LMS) implementation. Goal Achievement has relation to discomfort of the LMS implementation.
