Design of Compact Wideband BPF Based on DGS-HMSIW

摘要
In this paper, a novel slow-wave defected ground structure (DGS) is loaded on the upper surface of the half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW), and compact wideband DGS-HMSIW filter with high harmonic suppression and low insertion loss (IL) is designed. The sizes of DGS-HMSIW filter is 24)43.8 mm(2). For further demonstration, the designed BPF is fabricated and measured. The measured results are basically consistent with the simulation results, verifying the feasibility of the DGS-HMSIW filter design proposed in this paper.
