Dual acid-base bifunctional connectivity macroporous polymer catalyst has been prepared by the one-pot Pickering high internal phase emulsions (Pickering HIPEs) method which stabled by Acid-base bifunctional UiO-66 metal-organic frameworks (MOFs)/Tween 85 as template for cellulose conversion to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF).
