Analysis of Heterogeneous Nucleation and Erosion Behavior Considering the Injection of Impurities into Wet Steam Flow Using Poly-dispersed Method

•Injection of Impurities into Wet Steam Flow (IIWSF) are investigated.•The influences of IIWSF are studied using poly-dispersed method.•Effects of IIWSF are simulated on heterogeneous nucleation, erosion, and power.•Reduction of the condensation shock is one of the effects of IIWSF.•IIWSF causes a 0.022 MW increase in the power of steam turbine.
