摘要
In the presence of N-methylpyrrolidone hydrogen sulfate ionic liquid catalyst, in ethanol medium, using a thermal method with a yield of 70.6-90.7%, in a short time (8-15 min.) and by a three-component reaction method, 2,4,5-trisubstituted imidazole derivatives were synthesized from phenanthrene-9,10dione, ammonium acetate and substituted aromatic aldehydes. Given the theoretical mechanism of action of the catalyst on the reaction, it was determined that the catalyst forms imine compounds as an intermediate by activating the carbonyl groups of phenanthrene-9,10-dione on the one hand and aromatic aldehyde on the other. Obtained by thermal method, complexes of trisubstituted imidazoles with chloride, acetate and natural petroleum acids were synthesized in acetonitrile medium. The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by H-1, C-13 NMR, and IR spectroscopies, their H-H correlations in the molecule were studied by COSY NMR, and H-C correlations by HSQC NMR experiments. The synthesized trisubstituted imidazole complexes were tested as bactericides against sulfate-reducing bacteria by dilution-counting in isopropyl alcohol medium. Among the tested samples, the complex of 2-(2-nitrophenyl)-H-1-phenanthro[9,10-d]imidazole with hydrochloric acid showed a high bactericidal property by killing 95.1% of bacteria in the solution with a concentration of 150 mg/l. As a result of the experiments, it was found that the complexes with hydrochloric acid showed high bactericidal properties, and the complexes with natural petroleum acid showed relatively weak bactericidal properties
