Neighbor-consistent multi-modal canonical correlations for feature fusion

•We propose a novel neighbor-consistent correlation feature fusion method.•It explicitly considers the neighbor complementarity of different modalities.•It obtains analytical solutions of fusion correlation features.•Extensive experiments have revealed the superiority of the method.
