摘要
Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), is a globally cultured fish species enterobacter species are among the emerging pathogens of this fish. This study was conducted for the detet mination of Enter-obacteriaceae infections of rainbow trout cultured in freshwater cage fauns by using conventional bacteriologic and molecular methods and to reveal the differences in clinical and histopathological symptoms of these infections. The results of this study revealed the detailed differences of pathologies induced Citrobacter freundii and Hafnia alvei, in rainbow trout comparatively. Besides, antibiotic resistance profiles of the isolates were determined and in-vitro antagonistic effects of two probiotic candidates were investigated to find an alternative for disease prevention strategies. Since these bacteria are resistant against many antibiotics, their genetic heritage on resistance genes and other possible ways for control and prevention of these emerging pathogens should be investigated.
