Principles of Identification of Nucleotide Sequences in ISSR Marker Spectra

— An algorithm for theoretical prediction of nucleotide sequences obtained in ISSR-PCR is developed using a sequenced horse genome as an example. The presence of theoretically predicted sequences in the real electrophoretic spectrum of amplicons is experimentally confirmed. The possibility of applying the developed approach for identification of nucleotide sequences in anonymous amplification spectra is discussed.
