摘要
•The quantum capacitance (CQ) and surface charge storage (Q) of carbon nanotubes were significantly improved by doping B and N.•The influence of impurity concentration of B and N on quantum capacitance was studied.•The quantum capacitance of the material can be significantly improved by selecting the appropriate electrolyte type and voltage window.
