摘要
To figure out the relationship between heavy metals and features of bacterial communities in the sewage sludge and surrounding soil of Zhengzhou city, this study sampled the sludge and surrounding soil of a sewage treatment plant in Zhengzhou, used inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) to measure the content of the heavy metals, and used 16SrDNA high-throughput sequencing to test the sequence of the samples based on the PacBio sequencing platform. The research results reveal that: the difference in the phyla of dominant bacteria in the sludge of the study area and in the surrounding soil of the sewage treatment plant is small; the relative abundance of the Proteobacteria is the highest; and the diversity of species in the sludge is more abundant than that in the soil; heavy metals Cu, Pb, and Ni have a great impact on the phyla of dominant bacteria in the sludge; heavy metals Cu and Ni have a great impact on the phyla of dominant bacteria in the soil; overall, heavy metals Cu and Hg have a great impact on the features of bacterial communities in the sludge and surrounding soil of the sewage treatment plant, and this research is a valuable reference for the bioremediation and bio-treatment of heavy metals.
