摘要
Hybrid composites have had a more significant impact on the recent development of materials with a high strength-to-weight ratio in engineering applications. The primary objective of this research is to identify the various and unique properties a composite has when different reinforcement fibres are used in different fibres. Many natural fibre composites have good mechanical properties, but there are still application requirements and synthetic carbon-reinforced alternatives that aren't met. The mechanical properties of hybrid epoxy composites reinforced with various commonly used synthetic fibres, such as carbon Kevlar, have been evaluated. Epoxy Ly556 is a polymer resin that is used as a matrix. Fabrication hybrid composite s five layers with six different samples used vacuum bag molding technique. After the fabrication of laminates cuts as per the ASTM standard, experimental was conducted, the fracture materials studied microstructure analysis. The investigation is hoped to prove insight into how strength interaction affects the mechanical properties of hybrid composites better strength properties used for structural applications.Copyright (c) 2022 Elsevier Ltd.
