•Prevalence of current and former ENDS use among US Hispanics/Latinos was 2.0% and 10.4%, each.•Current ENDS use higher in males, highly educated, prefer English, and Puerto Rican background.•Represent an important target group for ENDS use prevention and regulatory interventions.
