ANALYSIS OF INDICATION PROJECT No 001/2018 OF THE CITY HALL OF JOAO PESSOA-PB

This article aims to analyze the nomination project 001/2018, coiled sports education dosses with Self-defense and Martial Arts through the discipline of School Physical Education, held in municipal elementary schools 1 and 11 in the city of kilo Pessoa - PB, as well as its relationship with the current educational legislation. The data was obtained from a document analysis of the LOB, BNCC, PCN's and Collective of Authors. Several inconsistencies were observed in the legal, social and pedagogical field within the respective articles and that compliance with national educational standards is necessary.
