摘要

•Dissimilar joint was fabricated by DLD via adding an (Mo + Cu-10Al) interlayer.•The addition of an (Mo + Cu-10Al) could effectively inhibit the formation of Ti-Fe IMC.•Three Cu–Ti intermetallic compounds was formed at the Ti/ (Mo + Cu-10Al) interface.•The strength of Grade1/316L joint could be improved by using an gradient interlayer.
