摘要
Through simple bioconcentration, salt molecules of NaCl and KCl were introduced into lotus root, then a class of porous carbon materials (CPLR) with 3D pore structure based on the as-prepared lotus root was prepared by direct pyrolysis under different temperature. The CPLR was characterised by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and Raman spectra (Raman). In addition, the electrochemical performance of the CPLR-based sensors was examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Under the first-rank experimental conditions, the response current increased linearly with the concentration of hesperetin in the range from 0.05 to 100.0 μmol/L, and the minimum detectability was calculated to be 0.011 μmol/L ( S / N = 3). The sensor in Chinese herbal medicine buddleja officinalis maxim and healthy human urine samples performed well.
