摘要
In this work, we have developed a facile strategy to prepare two-dimensional (2D) Co–Ni(Fe)-MOF nanosheets integrated with conducting polypyrrole (PPy) for the non-enzymatic electrochemical glucose sensing. Owing to the synergistic effect with abundant active sites and excellent electron transfer property, the Co–Ni(Fe)-MOF/PPy composite nanosheets modified electrode realizes a low detection limit of 1.13 μM (S/N = 3) and a high sensitivity of 1805 μA mM−1 cm−2 to detect glucose. The fabricated glucose sensor also presents a satisfactory reproducibility, repeatability, selectivity and stability. Furthermore, the established sensing platform can be used for the quality detection of glucose in real samples. The idea developed in this work provides a great chance to produce a broad range of promising MOF/conducting polymer composites for the promoted electrochemical biosensing performance.
