Abstract
Anticancer property of [Cu(phen)(L-ala)(H2O)]NO3 1, its racemic 2 and its racemic product 3 towards MDA-MB-231 and screening results of 3 on NCI 60 cancer cell lines are reported herein. Role of EZH1/EZH2 epigenetic enzymes in breast cancer cells, and docking of enantiomers of [Cu(phen)(ala)(H2O)]+ in proteasome are also presented.
