摘要
•Synthesis of lanthanide doped BaTiO3 photonic polycrystalline materials, exhibiting SHG and upconversion luminescence.•Highly-sensitive dual-mode temperature sensing - non-linear (NLO) optical thermometry and Boltzmann thermometry.•Via detailed comparison, higher sensitivity and superior temperature resolution are obtained for NLO thermometry.•Phase transition (structure symmetric change) detection via the nonlinear optical spectroscopy.
