Tomato yellow leaf curl virus V3 protein traffics along microfilaments to plasmodesmata to promote virus cell-to-cell movement

Dear Editor, Plant viruses spread from the initially infected cells to ad-jacent cells through plasmodesmata(PD)to complete their successful infections in host plants.This cell-to-cell move-ment requires specific viral protein(s),known as movement protein(s)(MP).Generally,virus MPs can bind to nucleic acids and modify PD size exclusion limit(Schoelz et al..2011).
