Abstract
In this research, 2D self-sourced silicon-embedded carbon sheets were prepared through pre-treatment combined with a high-temperature carbonization strategy. Through X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), specific surface area and pore size analysis, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) and other technical means to obtain the electrode material structure and morphology. The results show that the pretreatment of the acidic system can effectively ensure the two-dimensional sheet while ensuring the precipitation of the raw material silicon. At the same time, the energy storage capacity and electrochemical performance of obtaining anode in sodium ion batteries (SIBs) were studied. The anode shows high specific capacity, excellent rate performance and stable cycle performance. At a current density of 100mA.g(-1), a specific capacity of 180 mAh.g(-1) was obtained. After 1000 cycles, it still has a coulomb efficiency of 99.7% and a capacity retention rate of 94.6%. Furthermore, the rapid reaction kinetics capability of this material was analyzed by calculating the proportion of pseudo-capacitance contribution in the system and the sodium ion diffusion coefficient. Its stable energy storage capacity and cycle stability make it a promising candidate for sodium ion batteries.
