摘要
•Seizure is the most common clinical presentation of CCM.•The most common seizure type of CRE was focal to bilateral tonic-clonic seizure.•Cerebral cavernous malformation (CCM) lesions of CRE patients were mostly located in the temporal lobe.•Patients with CCM diagnosis age ≤ 44 years had a higher risk of CRE.•Temporal lesion, cortical involvement, and hemosiderin rim around the lesion were risk factors of CRE.
