Abstract

Infertility patients with repeated IVF failure (RIF) without evidence of uterine implantation and unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) remain a major challenge in ART. This study explored any clinical advantage of preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy (PGT-A) and a euploid blastocyst transfer in the clinical management of these infertility etiologies.
