Spatial impacts of multimodal accessibility to green spaces on housing price in Cook County, Illinois

•Explored the statistical relationship between accessibility to green spaces and housing price with spatial regression.•Impacts of green spaces on housing price varied for different sizes and types of green spaces.•We found the different travel modes for accessibility also brought different impacts of green space on housing price.•Results showed spatial heterogeneity of the relationship between multimode accessibility to green spaces and housing price.
