Abstract
•Properties of phosphate-based geopolymers with various Si/Al ratios were observed.•Geopolymer exhibited the best mechanical properties when Si/Al ratios is 2.5.•When Si/Al ratios equal 1.5, the geopolymer has the fastest curing speed.•With the climb of aluminum oxide, the geopolymer gradually exhibits expansibility.
