Field emission properties of line-shape CNT field emitters

Abstract
We fabricated the line-shape carbon nanotube (CNT) field emitters using a free-standing CNT film without organic materials, and evaluated their field emission properties. The line-shape CNT field emitters exhibited field emission properties such as a high emission current density and a rectangular emission pattern.
