摘要
•Electropulsing led to the rapid fracture and homogeneous grain structure of Al-Mg-Li alloy.•The localized Joule heating at grain boundaries resulted in the intergranular cracks.•Electropulsing induced the occurrence of continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX).•The promoted effect of electropulsing on dislocation motion was theoretically discussed.
