The influence analysis of health education on the quality of life of stroke patients

Objective To analyze the influence of health education on the quality of life of stroke patients.Methods Stroke rehabilitation patients from September 2008 to October 2011 in our hospital,all patients were given healthy and active ed ucational methods on the basis of medication,psychological intervention.Results One hundred and twenty cases of stroke rehabilitation of the patients,65 cases of depressive symptoms,the incidence rate of 54.2% ;Depression in patients with NIHSS were significantly higher than non-depressed patients (P 0.05) and BI scores were significantly lower than nonpatients with depression (P 0.05).Health education,quality of life for this group of patients had been significantly improved,which before and after education in terms of somatization,depression,education,paranoid significant difference (P 0.05).Conclusion Multi-stroke patients with depression status,seriously affecting the patient 's neurological function and activities of daily living,active health education to improve quality of life should be widely applied.
