摘要

•Head and Neck Cancer patients are lost-to-follow-up for a variety of reasons.•Barriers include transportation, trouble scheduling, and work/personal obligations.•Most patients were lost-to-follow-up within 6 months of treatment.•The majority were not aware of the recommended 5-year surveillance period.•Nearly half reported following up with a physician closer to home.
