Study of Multi-parameter in TDLAS Detection System Based on LabVIEW

For improving the gas sensing performance in TDLAS detection system, a LabVIEW program based on HITRAN database was written for simulating multi-parameters influences. Effect factors including environmental and modulation impacts were studied via comparation of 2f signal, maximum amplitude, symmetry and FWHM. The optimized parameters were selected and used in the TDLAS system. Experimental results showed that the 1σ minimum detection limit was 0.37 ppmv with an integration time of 10 mins. This study can provide the guidance and evidence for hardware parameter selection for such sensing systems.
